Over 10 years drug discovery experience in multi-national and local companies; Led and contributed to the biology aspects of multiple early discovery projects, including one that successfully resulted in a drug launch; Experience in immuno-oncology, autoimmune and neurodegeneration disease areas, with a strong background in target validation, in vitro bioassays, in vivo efficacy studies, biomarker identification, and FDA/NMPA IND filings.

Before joining Biomissile, she served as Senior director of antibody discovery at Genorbio, Manager of antibody R&D at 3SBio, and as a Research scientist at GlaxoSmithKline.

Dr. Ding holds a PhD degree in Pharmaceutics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has been recognized as a Leading Talent of Shaoxing government and is a receipient of GSK Exceptional Science Award.
